Research Interests

The primary topic for research is the drug delivery system. Drug delivery systems are defined as formulations or engineered methods that introduce pharmaceutical compounds to accomplish therapeutic effects in the body. In my lab, we design peptide-based vesicles and nanoparticles for not only therapeutic molecule delivery but also the specific gene for gene therapy. Here, you will learn various experimental skills, such as plasmid construction and gene recombination, cell culture and pharmaceutical treatment concepts, flow cytometry, fluorescent confocal microscopy, and TEM/SEM microscopy. We sincerely welcome students who are engaging in these researches.
